Biography:

Dr. Lituchy completed his Internal Medicine training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1991, and General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology training at Cornell University College of Medicine in 1994. He is board-certified in both Cardiology and Internal Medicine. Along with his extensive practice in Consultative and General Cardiology, Dr. Lituchy has performed more than 6,000 diagnostic and 3,000 interventional procedures. He is the author of original articles published in scholarly journals, and is the holder of a U.S. Patent for a new intravenous catheter introducer which reduces needle-stick injuries and can be inserted with one hand.
